Managing Chronic Bowel Disease

Research indicates that a healthy diet and the management of stress help diminish symptoms, reduce pain, and aid in the healing process of such chronic bowel problems as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. This program focuses on methods of stress prevention and relief, and the importance of proper nutrition in governing bowel disease.

    • The Stress Response
    • Stress Management Techniques
  • Individual Counsel
    • 45-minute sessions each week
  • Ongoing Support (additional fee)
    • 30-minute post-program sessions as needed
